Had 4round of interviews including architect, director and cto. I had performed well on all those rounds and the HR confirmed that they are providing me an offer. Waited for about 3weeks to hear that this position was put on hold and they are not hiring. Poor communication, two lady HR’s completely ghosted me . I was enquiring about another position but they don’t want to reply me. I think its a good company with lot of values but poor management and recruitment board which will spoil the reputation of the company sooner or later. Complete waste of time and un respectful . They dont value your time . I guess recruitment team dont want to work.

It was 5 rounds of interview including managerial and HR. You can be eliminated at the final round of interview too as they do not tell the reason also so it depends on the luck too
