Very simple and casual interview with manager right in the storefront. She basically just wanted to get a feel for how you are as a person. I thought we were just chatting when I dropped off my application. I didn’t even realize it was an actual interview, until I got a call with a job offer soon after!

The manager took me into the office and just asked what I felt made me a good fit for a retail position at Armstrong McCall, what experience did I have, how knowledgeable was I with different lines and products, etc. She then told me she'd be interviewing a few more applicants and would get back to me within a few days.
