A friend recommended me. Hr reached out and I had an initial phone screen. After that phone screen , what was supposed to be a zoom call with the hiring manager ended up being an interview panel. Definitely surprising as the hr person I was in contact with didn't tell me before hand nor was the hiring manager at this surprise interview panel. I interviewed with the hiring manager a week after. Basic interview questions, very conversational. It felt like it went well, but I didn't hear back from the hr contact or anyone from the company. I reached out to the hr contact 4 weeks after the last interview to get feedback. HR contact never responded to my email. It's been 2 months now so i'm assuming i didn't get the job which is fine but extremely unprofessional to cease contact after the interview.
