Applied online, set up a phone interview within one week. Interview was very conversational and friendly. Unfortunately, they do not offer a "returnship" for moms reentering the workforce, which is so unfortunate. The recruiter made it known that they are just looking for students. I understand their position, I just believe they are missing out on an entire group of qualified candidates who have the education and real world experience combined to hit the ground running.
