It was a drawn out process over 5 months! In each interview the whole team attends, whether that is soft skills or technical interview. There were 3 main interviews, one soft skill based one with a couple of technical questions, one coding challenge one and one in person interview. The in person interview consisted of 4 hours of technical questions and a whiteboard excercise. The overall experience was positive, but overall the experience was overshadowed with the long drawn out process, lack of communications and no feedback at all afterwards even after requesting.
