It was through the agency(Tops Technologies(Again this is loot of money behind training and placement)), they conduct interview for formality and marketing. Interviewer was very cheap and chewing gutka and looks arrogant ,egoistic. Formal behavior was not maintained. So that's why when i was called i didn't went for further round.
