I applied for the energy consulting role. First, there was a long question application, then there was shortlisting and then I was called for an interview. The interview itself was easy going and informal as they stated they just wanted to use the opportunity to get to know me and what kind of person I was in general. I felt very comfortable with them and it was a very enjoyable interview. After a couple days, I received a phone call stating I was offered the internship.
