The interview process is really quick. One phone interview and one in-person interview. The process is less than a week. The interview questions are really basic and they are not hard. The questions are preset questions. The phone interview is about 30 minutes.

Online zoom with 2 HR reps and 2 Branch reps. Only Bank Mgr was onscreen and asking questions. Questions focused on conflict resolution, diversity/equity, past experience, etc. Interview took about 25 minutes. Very pleasant experience.

Group Interview with yourself and other applicants. Additionally the interview consisted of 4 interviewers from the branch, HR, and regional management. Be prepared for more than just you and the interviewer and play nice with the fellow applicants.
