During the interview the interviewer, initiated the session without a brief introduction. As the interview progressed, several issues became apparent that significantly impacted the overall experience. Lack of Response to Questions: Whenever I asked questions to clarify the discussion or gain a deeper understanding of the topics being covered, the interviewer did not respond. This left many of my questions unanswered, creating an incomplete dialogue and making it difficult to engage in a meaningful conversation. Interruptions: Throughout the interview, I experienced frequent interruptions from the interviewer. As I attempted to provide comprehensive answers to the questions asked, I was often cut off mid-sentence. This not only disrupted my train of thought but also prevented me from fully explaining my qualifications, experiences, and the relevance of my skills to the position. Unprofessional Conduct: The interviewer's demeanor came across as quite rude. There was a noticeable lack of basic courtesy and professionalism, which added to the discomfort during the session. This behavior is not what I expected from a representative of Ascendion and significantly impacted my perception of the company.
