I got called to schedule an interview after 6 days the application submitted. it was smooth. The hiring manager was friendly. the interview took about 30 mins. Which it quick.

Teams meeting with hiring manager and recruiter. Open ended questions and lots of back and forth open discussion. Very low maintenance, welcoming environment that allowed for thoughtful answers and time to have open dialogue

super easy, good flow, not so tough questions. They were very supportive during the interview process. Just type up and reherse your lines of why choosing the field/department/specialty and your good traits.
The nurse manager who interviewed me was friendly and made the process less stressful. I was worried about the process, but it was not bad. She asked questions about my background and experience and explained the job to me.
