The process that Ascension uses for interviewing is very unprofessional. They reached out to me just a few days ago to sign up for an interview, which I did almost immediately and then 3 days later I get an email saying that my interview has been cancelled because the position has been filled?? I literally signed up for the earliest slot which was that Friday. This was a position I was excited about and they gave me false hope that I would have an opportunity when clearly I didn't have a chance from the get-go. Why did they even bother reaching out to me in the first place? When I emailed the recruiter to ask her if this was some sort of mistake, she gave me the typical "There will be future positions if you keep an eye out and good luck on your future endeavors" crap. What a complete and utter lack of tact and professionalism. And no thank you, I don't think I'm interested in working for a company with such disrespectful and careless practices.
