It consisted of a long series of interviews. Right from the beginning, I was not made aware of how long the interview process would be. Each interview did not build on one other. In fact, it was extremely repetitive, and I answered very similar if not the same questions with each interviewer I had. Then finally, the last phone interview I had, 2 of the 3 people on the panel did not show up to my interview. It was not a good look.
