Interview with 4/5 of the nursing managers where they ask questions regarding your availability, how you handle certain situations, and an opportunity to ask questions yourself. Very informative and gives you a say regarding which floor you wish to work on.

It was a straightforward interview process starting with an online application, then a couple week wait time until I heard back for an interview in person. Interview was with managers of department, quick and straight forward with questions on how you deal with difficult patients and situations among coworkers.
