Had 2 rounds of interview and asked a lot of questions by the employer and employees at the organization. It's basically a scam that tries to get you to answer related questions, but just to get information out of you to serve their needs without any intention to hire. Take advantage of well-meaning people who wants to work for a social justice cause. The questions seems legit, but then you realized that they have no intention of offering you a job. They didn't think you are qualify, but still waste your time anyway. A ruse to just use people.
