Interview process was quick with technical interview by team lead followed by VP and then final interview with HR and CEO. whole process took 3 weeks
Questions were asked pertaining different real time situation in production environment of IT infrastructure.
HR interview was more on soft skills.
Interview with CEO contains everything as he is also engineer so can ask anything from technical to your previous experience, expect anything as this is the last stage of hiring process.

Colloquio
I was contacted via email for a face to face interview with Tech lead and senior management. I read reviews from glassdoor and was very quite skeptical about the company. My experience was quite positive and warm. I found the office to be well kept and the people I met were welcoming and accommodating. I had a great discussion with the HR manager. I was quite impressed and very happy with the direction and changes that were recently implemented; possible merit bonus, new HR tool, and full-benefit packages that are now introduced or are in the pipeline. I believe Asigra is moving in the right direction and the senior management is aligned and on-board with long term employee success and satisfaction. It will certainly attract new talents and boost morale for the existing employees. I hope the company will continue to make appropriate investments and wish them all the success!

Several technical questions were a bit tricky and you would only know them if you have used some kind of virtualization technology. Also, there were technical scenario presented to you (as a customer), which you had to troubleshoot to resolve the issue. In addition, few behavioral questions were also asked.
