There are three rounds in aspire system. First round is Aptitude & Reasoning, technical MCQ questions followed by technical interview and HR interview. After clearing the first round, we will be eligible for the next round.

In Round1: Only Basic C mcqs are asked in interview
Aptitude and verbal is also easy.
In Round2: They checked about the problem solving
skills to everyone.
In Round3: They asked simple HR questions and it is
also very easy.
