The interview process was quite nice from the Astek side. Fist there was a very short call with Astek HR consultant, then we set up a longer interview to talk about my experience and expectations and then I had a 45min interview with the client. The interview with the client was very chaotic and unorganised and I didn't feel like they treated me seriously. There were supposed to be 3 people on a video call, one didn't call in, and one was smoking cigarettes the whole meeting... I didn't like their approach and the atmosphere during the call and I also wasn't actively looking for a job at that time, so I think it wasn't a good match. But that was one of the Astek's clients. Astek itself was very nice.
I had two interviews, one with the HR and second with the manager, and it was a very positive interview with the manager telling me they are looking for someone with my profile. However, after that i never heard back from them.
