After applying, I was contacted by the recruiter who gave me appointment for a phone interview. The director of team then interviewed me and promised to get back to me by certain date to discuss further in detail how I feel about the position she had told in more detail in the first phone interview. However, I never received the call. I tried to contact the director via e-mail but never received a reply. I think it was very poor interview process since I had given my time and effort to continue with the process but never got a fair response,
