As per my skills interview was difficult, 1st they take technical round according to my skills but around 45 minutes and they asked answer based questions. 2nd round is also technical round but duration is less than 1st round but it's telephonic. Then 3nd round will be HR. Manager round may be may not be depend on profile.

If you have expertise in any technologies like SAP Basis, Oracle DBA etc 1st they asked product details like versions, patches, other initial details then they ask as per resume.
