I applied for business development Officer and the salary advertised is 3.5 - 7.0 LPA, after waiting for 3 and half weeks they offered me 20 thousand + incentives + etcc... They question arises here When you cannot offer with the advertised salary why playing with my time just be sure what are you doing. If i am not selected for BD officer that's it do not process me to next round, instead don't offer me for the different position. Be sure on what you are doing do not play with peoples time that is more valuable than your company there are many companies that have good structured plan the reputation goes down with this kind of actions , in my view I will give 1 out of 10 to the company because untrustworthy in terms of salary offerings and they speak regional language.
