First interview you get to a zoom waiting room and then go into a breaking room with one of the hiring managers. Then he starts asking questions to get to know you and explains the company culture and compensation. Its basically a sales position with different levels of promotions until about 18 months after you become a trainer or manager. Pay is heavily reliant on commissions but if you dont get a lot there is a base pay instead of it.
