Did not go through an interview process. The company was founded by individuals that I had worked with previously and was offered the position. This is not typical with the company. Most candidates are screened on the phone or in face to face interviews and the Senior Staff makes the decision collectively on managerial and higher hires. For a line worker there are applications, background checks, drug screenings and immigration status.
