I did a 1:1 interview for an initial position, then 2-3 hours of observation but no one had time to really observe me. They want to interview you for 2-3 hours for lead teacher positions, but I suspect they might just want coverage for breaks. This time is not paid, not even retroactively. So in the end, you "work" for 3 hours for free.
