The interview consists of an initial screening round with the HR manager, following by another meeting with a technical member of the team, in this case a Senior Technical Account manager. Then an assignment is sent out to the interviewee including a case study to work on and submit over the weekend. If the assignment is selected, the candidate will then proceed to a panel interview where their assignment will be challenged. However, if another candidate is chosen, they will simply not proceed forward with the panel interview and the process ends here.

First, the interviewer introduce him/herslef then the candidate is asked to introduce him/herself as well. After the introduction, the recruiter starts to ask questions about past work experiencs, motivation for TAM role, etc.
