I had 5 interviews with them. Overall, the experience was quite positive and engaging. I was under the impression that the team is highly organized and adept at elucidating both the team culture and the nature of the position.
However, there was a particular instance that raised a concern. During one of the interviews, I was unexpectedly questioned about my marital status and whether I have children, including their ages. This line of inquiry caught me off guard, as it seemed unrelated to the position. Furthermore, the interviewer made a comment suggesting that parenting requires a significant amount of effort and time. I was rejected right after this interview.
I believe that such personal and potentially discriminatory questions are not aligned with a fair and inclusive interview process. It has left an unpleasant impression on me.
Should the Atlassian team wish to delve into this matter further, I am more than willing to provide complete information and cooperate in any way necessary.

Interviewer is pleasant and encourages you to bring your best self and there is no need to dress up or overly prepare for the interview. Interview was free flowing with questions to genuinely understand what you do and can do

Pretty straightforward and standard set of interviews, however after multiple rounds and a presentation I was rejected for the role via a form email. I'm ok with the rejection itself, however I really believe that if a candidate spends that much time with your team, it's bad form for the recruiter to not, at bare minimum, call them personally to relay the news. Pay is also not competitive.
A couple one on one with recruiter/hiring manager, then a presentation. The pres was a very vague prompt where a demo of an Atlassian product is needed but very little additional info was given.
Afterward, there was no feedback at all. Now I'm left with a constant barrage of product and sales emails from atlassian to upsell my trial account. Thanks.
