After application, I received after some days an email from HR that they would like to proceed with Take Home Assignment stage. There was no initial HR screening. I worked whole weekend grinding and solving the assignment. After submission they acknowledged that they would review the assignment. But after few days received a rejection with a canned response. I tried to follow up for any feedback but didnt get a word. On self reviewing the assignment, it had 3 parts and lets say I could do 2 parts perfectly and documented everything I could. But was disappointed to not getting any interaction or feedback after spending time and effort on take home assignment.
