Applied for the job, then after some time, I was called by a "recruiter" to set up the first, phone screen interview. BUT when the time for the phone screen came around, they NEVER CALLED! Then after I reached out to reschedule, I sent a couple of emails now and they have completely GHOSTED me. They refuse to respond. This was a huge waste of my time. Not to mention what that type of behavior does to a person mentally.
