Colloquio
The interview was pretty standard, an in depth team review with 5 team members from different teams and departments. The questions asked were straightforward, asking how to deal with difficult situations and clients and how to overcome any issues. Other questions ranged from what your thought process is on how to handle a project and what steps you’d take to ensure successful completion.

How do I prioritize and ensure I remain effective throughout the day.

Initial phone screen of about 20 minutes. This was followed by 5 back to back interviews with different people totaling over 2 1/2 hours with no break in between about a week later. It is a meat grinder of an interview.
Standard questions (Why Attune? How did you handle this situation?) with two team leads, head of HR, head of training, and a recruiter. Most were clearly enthusiastic and on the ball, but the recruiter was rude and disinterested.
Its not the worst interview for content, but the scheduling is tough.

What are the three qualities of being detail-oriented?

Overall a very unprofessional experience. There was a preliminary 20 minute phone call with the recruiter and then they took 3 weeks (after I kept badgering them about my next interview) for a "30 minute" phone call with an interviewer. It was more like 15 minutes. She asked me why attune insurance and that's pretty much it. It was like she didn't know what else to say. Note that both the recruiter and the interviewer were not on time. Then, I had a final 2 hour video interview with various members of the customer success team. They scheduled my interview back-to-back with one-on-one interviews. They were extremely unprofessional. Two of them was pretty aggressive to me. They asked me basic interview behavioral questions such as "how would you deal with xyz situation?". However, when it came time to asking them questions about the company, they couldn't answer many of them. It was almost as if they didn't know much about the product or its customers. The real interview was towards the end of the 2 hours when I was speaking once more to the same recruiter. That same recruiter rolled her eyes at me and kept cutting me off when she asked me interview questions. The recruiter and the last interviewer asked me questions about how I would deal with an xyz customer situation. Those were the meaty questions of the interview. Interviewing is a two-way street and after this final video interview, I was not impressed. To be frank, if you have better offers, I would recommend you go with them instead. Terrible and mean interviewers.

Q: A boss of a company sees that Attune charged him and angrily calls you because he did not authorize those charges. What do you do?
