I applied online and was contacted via email about a phone interview. The phone interview was slated for 30 minutes but it went on for almost an hour. I was then contacted about a face to face which was also slated for 30 minutes. The face to face went well. The interviewer was very disarming and easy to talk with. Out 30 minute interview turned into a 90 minutes interview. I thought things went very well. I was told I'd be hearing something in the next week but that was almost 3 weeks ago with no communication. I've emailed once a week to touch base and find out what the status of the process is to no avail. They just ghosted me. I consider it very unprofessional.
