Very poor. Extremely disorganised. Don't expect any feedback. Management are just filling in time before they get to go home. Management is more interested in jobs for mates or pretty women that can't do the job. Be prepared to be lied to about position and benefits available. Management at Aurizon pride themselves on belittling staff at every opportunity.
