I first was tasked with elaborating on my work history, what each project entailed and what I learned from my responsibilities within that project. They asked questions about project specifics, budget and how issues were managed. They also asked me to describe the two companies that I had worked for in the past, what their systems were like I had two separate interviews with two different levels of leadership.
