The interview was with 1 senior person and two middle associate. The interview process went well, the people were nice presenting themselves and talking about their background. They were friendly and were interested in my skills and background. Though, the Project Assistant position was entry level, it evolved supporting all the projects for the middle and senior associate, and as a recent graduate with low experience in the field, it would be a challenge. The company is small, looked friendly and homy.
