One phone interview, followed by an in-person interview. The phone interview was with one person (another project manager), and the in-person interview started with a Project Manager, and two Senior Project Managers, and ended with an interview with the Executive Vice President. All of the interview questions were relatively standard. It goes without saying that it helps to show your passion for one of their functional areas, and being able to talk intelligently about the work they do (and how it aligns with your interests) is always a plus. It was a very fast process. I submitted my application and within a week or two, got a request for a phone interview. After my phone interview, I got a request for an in-person interview within five working days. After my in-person, I got an offer within a week.
