Initial on-site interview, then a Software Project Assessment with a follow-up second on-site interview. The employees I met during the interview process were personable and friendly. I was genuinely excited about the possibility of working with them. I declined their offer when they did not accommodate my request for an extension of time beyond their 24-hour deadline to consider their offer due to the desire to hear back from another company I was interviewing with. This gave me a bad gut feeling due to the use of what I perceived as a high-pressure tactic to rush my decision. Considering the investment of time I had made to partake in their interview process, I found this unprofessional.
