I put an application in and was invited for an interview approximately one month later. I never heard anything back after that which disappointed me as in my experience, a good recruitment process will at least involve an email to applicants who have dedicated time to preparing and attending an interview. It has put me off ever applying there again.

Received five interview questions (‘tell us about a time when’ type questions) 2 hours prior to interview time. Interviewed by manager of team and HR representative over Microsoft teams. Didn’t receive an offer but the manager called me to explain why and encouraged I apply for similar roles.
