Uploaded my cv and cover letter and then had to re-enter my cv into their own systems (a laborious process) Interview with 2 senior staff in the team. They spoke as though I had got the job and they wanted to move very quickly. But then they ghosted me and never provided any feedback at all. Their culture seems old fashioned and not really caring about staff. I think I dodged a bullet.
