The interview was great! It started on time and was well organized. I interviewed with Milana Anderson and right away she was friendly and made me comfortable which helped calm my nerves. I feel like questions were clear and relevant to the role, covering topics like ABA principles, handling challenging behaviors, teamwork, and ethical responsibilities. I also appreciated how they also asked about my career goals and professional interests, which made me feel valued. Overall Milana gave me a clear picture of what the day-to-day work would look like and explained the training and support available for new hires. Leaving the interview I genuinely felt respected, excited and prepared for joining the team. 10/10 recommend
