The hiring process was pretty fast, the interview was a bit lengthy. I met with several different people from managers to directors as well as HR people. They were all very friendly and seemed very personable. The first impressions I got from them were very positive and everything seemed awesome but then after working there for a while I learned from other employees that all the flowers and rainbows that they painted in the interview was just to cover up the un satisfied workers.

The interview included three structured rounds lasting about an hour and a half overall, giving me a clear understanding of the role, the team’s expectations, and the company’s organized approach.
