The interview process was very easy. I went into the store and was able to apply for the position the same day on the manager's computer. It did take a while to get officially hired but within 3 weeks I was able to go to training.

Applied Online got a call for the first interview, with the store manager. Couple days later got called for a second interview with District manager was told it was gonna be quick and easy. DM wanted to put a face to candidates for the position. Store manager made the final decision on who is hired.

Basic interview question, "Tell me about urself" "Job Expierences" " What do you know about cars" "Why do you want to work for Autozone".
Just basic questions like tell me about yourself, your experience, skills, and qualities. How would I upsell or recommend additional products to a customer? Friendly. Was offered a job and accepted at the end.
