Very well-cordinated interview process with extremely clear expectations about what would happen after each round. There was no lag or silence between rounds and as a candidate I had a very clear idea about where I stood after each round.

Outside of the technical and operational questions specific to my job role, the one behavioral question that stood out was 'What is the one aspect of your personality that you wish were different?
Although I struggle with behavioral questions in general, I felt that this one was at least a little more relevant than vague nonsense like 'How would you handle a difficult stake-holder?'.
