The interview was quick and painless. The HR manager just asked questions about previous jobs and qualifications I had for the positions. I was screened prior to my arrival over the phone and they asked me questions that pertained to my resume. I was looking for my first job in the customer service field and was quite nervous. They made me feel very comfortable.

It was very quick and it feels like a normal conversation. Did not feel like an interview at all. The interviewer was nice as well. He asked me about my previous experiences that is relevant for the position I’m applying for
