An invitation to come onsite to interview was described as a chance to "meet members of the team," but instead turned out to be a series of grilling sessions with plenty of whiteboarding. One of the interviewers walked in the room with a scowl on their face and acted like they didn't really want to be there. Quite a few times, the interviewers revealed their own lack of understanding of the subjects they were asking me about and seemed caught off guard when I questioned them back or pointed out better ways to solve a problem.
As far as the job itself was concerned, they wouldn't (or supposedly couldn't) talk about the algorithms that they were developing and wouldn't be more specific about what types of algorithms they wanted me to work on. Also, I noticed that they seem to have had a lot of turnover in their data science team.

Pretty smooth and average interview with coding/algorithm exercise. The interviewers also asked questions from resume while had some behavorial part as well. I would suggest brushing up on algorithms and data structures because a lot of the interview revolves around it.

7 weeks from phone call to end. Phone call with recruiter 2x, meeting with heads of engineering, technicals, socials.
Colossal waste of time. The fact that a company can ask to meet with you over 7 weeks just to reject you with no reason given is ridiculous. Add this to the fact that signs of a toxic workplace were subtly noticed in several interviews.
