Learned a bit about the product during the initial phone screen, went through some past experience. The following rounds were supposed to consist of 2 more interviews. I thought the screen went well, but then I was ghosted by the recruiter. I reached out multiple times for an answer on application status, but was only met with silence, not even a canned email. The lack of communication was unprofessional and turned me off to the company.
