The entire process was straightforward. A recruiter called me after seeing my profile online, can't remember if it was LinkedIn or Monster. Sent them my resume shortly after, and was immediately set up for a request to interview later in the week. Performed the interview which was not technical. It was a discussion about your resume. Given that my most recent experience closely matched their requirements, we spent a great deal talking about that. The entire interview lasted over an hour. Received offer a week later.

I applied in-person & received an email within a week that I would receive a telephonic Interview for an initial screening. They set up phone screening within 24 hours to receive the call just days later. I appreciate that the Aversan hiring staff was particularly responsive to my emails with questions and notified me promptly about the interview process steps.
