Hiring process largely over the phone and online. Job app and all associated new hire forms completed through an online portal. Initial phone contact is with the company recruiter who was excellent. Face to face interview was with area manager who was very friendly and did a great job at introducing candidate to staff and touring facility. Not a difficult "interview" as very few (just super basic) questions were asked.
