Applied online and received an email to organise an online interview. The recruiter invited a second person into the interview, and while she and I were talking, the recruiter was joking around and talking (unmuted) with her colleague... all while unmuted and on camera, showing a clear lack of respect for applicants' time. Was then asked to complete a task, which I did. Received a response saying they'd get back to plan how to proceed. Recruiter ghosted.
