The interview is very technical. They want to know if you have the chops to work here, and focus on ability and knowledge over behavior or personality. Also, they are interested to find how low a salary you would accept. The more it looks like you would need to take an offer, the lower the offered salary will be. They want the best people as cheap as they can get them. People who know their true worth, don't get offers.
