1st round with Recruiter, 2nd round with Senior GL, 3rd round with GL Manager, 4th round with VP. All interviews went well, I received really good feedback and it seemed as though I was their top pick. I was really excited about the position AND company. After 4th interview I was never told what the next steps/process would be. I reached out to the main recruiter about a week later with no response which was a bit over 2 weeks ago so I assume I didn’t get the job. I would think after 4 interviews over a month I would at least get an email regarding the status of the position or some kind of follow up. Ghosting potential candidates doesn’t look good for a company, respect people’s time that they have given.
