Personality test and 4 interviews. Definitely not an easy interview experience. Personality test is an automatic disqualifier and it is a sorting hat of sorts that places you in a specific department.

Phone interview was fine. Second interview was scheduled for an hour and the person only gave me 20 minutes. He also would not put his camera on. He had made his mind up before it even started.

A currently employee referred me to the position and I received a request to complete a Predictive Index questionnaire. At this point I hadn't even spoken to anyone in recruiting/HR to discuss the role/screening. A week later I learned I had failed the PI questionnaire without details. This is very impersonal and they also asked my age which is against federal law per ADEA. Be aware!
