The interview process was lengthy, one phone interview and four in-person interviews. But after meeting with so many people from my department, I was determined more than ever to land this job. I could tell that this company and specifically this team was going to be incredible to work with. My recruiter was extremely helpful and gave me such great advice and guidance throughout the whole process, and even now after landing my position she still checks in on me to see how things are going. So yes, Aya may demand a lot out of their interview process, but it is very apparent that their method works. I have never worked with so many wonderful and reliable people!
